Refund policy

This policy applies to the online digital courses sold by Antohi Cosmina-Izabela PFA. Contact us at contact@cosminaizabela.ro or 0754543138. Our registered address and full identification details are available in the Legal notice and Contact information.

The course is supplied online, without a physical medium or shipment. Course access is activated automatically after payment confirmation. You will receive access instructions by email. Access is individual, without automatic renewal. The access period is the one stated on each course page at the time of purchase.

Right of withdrawal. If you purchase as a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. Any statutory extension resulting from missing mandatory information also applies.

Supply during the withdrawal period. To begin supply during this period, we ask for your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal when supply begins. Loss of the right also requires provision of contractual confirmation, including these statements, on a durable medium as required by law. The right is lost only when the legal conditions are met. Payment or general acceptance of the terms alone does not replace these requirements.

Once supply has begun with these conditions satisfied, we do not offer a refund solely because you change your mind. This does not exclude your rights if access is not supplied or the digital content/service does not conform to the contract.

How to withdraw. While your right exists, you may use your customer account, where order requests are available, email us or send another clear statement using the contact details above. Include your name and enough information to identify the order. You do not have to use a particular form or explain your decision. Sending your statement before the applicable deadline is sufficient.

Requests and manual review. Submitting a request does not mean that a refund is automatically approved. The request is reviewed based on the status of course supply and the applicable statutory rights. Submitting a request does not automatically process a refund. Where the right of withdrawal exists and is validly exercised, its legal effects do not depend on our discretionary approval. Manual review does not extend statutory deadlines.

We assess separately: withdrawal before the right is lost; a change-of-mind request after the right has been lost in accordance with the law; and failure-to-supply or lack-of-conformity claims. Mandatory remedies for the latter remain available even if the right of withdrawal has been lost.

If you validly withdraw, we refund the amounts due under the law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without additional fees to you. Statutory refunds are not replaced with compulsory store credit.

Failure to supply or lack of conformity. If you cannot access the course or it does not match the contract, contact us with a description of the issue. Your mandatory legal rights and remedies remain available, including supply or bringing the content/service into conformity and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination and reimbursement. Loss of the withdrawal right does not remove these rights.

Following a valid termination, access may be disabled in accordance with the law.

For complaints and alternative dispute resolution: ANPC/SAL. This does not restrict access to competent courts.

Complete: order date; order number, if available; consumer name and address; statement date; signature only if sent on paper.

Using the form is optional. Any unequivocal statement is sufficient. The form does not create a withdrawal right after it has been lost under the law.
