Terms of service

Seller. Your contract is with Antohi Cosmina-Izabela PFA, trading as “Cosmina Izabela”. Contact: contact@cosminaizabela.ro, 0754543138. Our registered address and full details are in the Legal notice and Contact information.

Your purchase. The purchased digital course includes the content and features described on its page when you order, without physical shipment. The language, subtitles, bonuses and any other benefits are those stated for that course; they are not the same for every course. Selecting a store language does not automatically change the language of the videos.

Minors. The course is also available to minors. Contracting must comply with statutory rules on legal capacity, including parental or guardian representation or approval where necessary. Availability does not mean that every minor can independently enter into the contract.

Price and order. The price of each course is shown on its page at the time of purchase. Eligible discounts are reflected in the total displayed before payment. The total price and applicable taxes are displayed before you place the order. Check the product, amount, email and billing details before using the button that confirms your obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order on a durable medium. Access is not activated for a failed or unconfirmed payment.

Supply and duration. Course access is activated automatically after payment confirmation. You will receive access instructions by email. The access period is the one stated on each course page at the time of purchase. Access is through the account associated with the email used for your order. The course area is Members Area. This course is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.

Access and compatibility. The course is viewed online in the private course area. You need access to the email used for your order, an internet connection and a device with a browser capable of online video playback. If the course page offers a digital certificate, its availability and download conditions are those stated for that course. Contact us at the email above if you have technical difficulties. We do not promise video downloads, offline access or compatibility with every browser or device.

Use. Access is individual. Any quantity limits are displayed for the relevant course before purchase. You may apply the techniques you learn in your work. Course materials may not be redistributed, resold, published or shared through your account without the rights holder's permission, subject to uses permitted by law. Any measures addressing misuse must be justified and proportionate and must preserve mandatory consumer rights.

Certificate. A certificate is included only if it is offered on the course page at the time of purchase. Its type, conditions and method of obtaining it are those described for that course. A participation certificate is not an accredited professional diploma and does not certify an accredited professional qualification.

Order-related requests. Withdrawal requests and complaints are reviewed manually; submitting one does not automatically issue a refund. Review does not make a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal dependent on discretionary approval and does not extend statutory deadlines. Once supply begins with the express statements and all legal conditions fulfilled, a change of mind alone does not entitle you to a refund. Mandatory rights for failure to supply or lack of conformity remain available. Request review is subsequent to and separate from automatic access activation after payment confirmation.

Withdrawal and conformity. The withdrawal and refund policy provided before purchase applies. Digital content and services are covered by statutory conformity rights. These terms do not waive remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity. We provide and communicate updates, including security updates, needed to maintain conformity for the period and under the conditions required by law. This is not a promise of periodic new lessons.

Personal data. Processing for orders, accounts, access, progress and certificates is explained in the Privacy policy. Marketing consent is separate from purchasing and from statements concerning course supply.

Intellectual property and liability. Course materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Purchase provides individual access to use the course and does not transfer ownership of those rights. Copying, redistribution, resale or sharing the account or materials without permission is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law. The course does not guarantee a particular income or professional outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, the statutory guarantee of conformity or other mandatory consumer rights.

Changes. The version accepted when you purchase applies to your purchase. Updates for future purchases do not automatically reduce the access period or rights attached to an existing purchase. Changes to content/services during the contract must comply with applicable legal conditions and rights.

Complaints and applicable law. Contact contact@cosminaizabela.ro or 0754543138 with complaints. Statutory consumer protection and dispute resolution routes remain available, including ANPC/SAL information where applicable. Romanian law governs the contract without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction rules established by law are not restricted.
